What is exactly is Mental Health First Aid?

As with any type of first aid, there are four key aims:

Mental Heath First Aid is offered to someone who is:

a) developing a Mental Health issue or

c) in a Mental Health Crisis

Basically, it means you will be able to provide initial help to a person experiencing mental ill health and signpost them to relevant professionals and charities who in turn will offer professional advice.
