From Our students

We pride ourselves on supporting our students right through their learning journey, giving them all the tools needed for success.

It was an emotional journey, I learned so much and my back improved drastically. After that first course I was teaching 2 Pilates classes, that was over 3 years ago.

I now teach 14 classes a week and can safely say I have a successful business of my own.

- Yvonne Rodger

I have done the Level 3 mat Pilates qualification at The EnergyWise Academy and it was really, really enjoyable, not like a normal course! A superb location, friendly small group, well taught, relaxed but non-intimidating and self-gratifying experience.

The team are welcoming, encouraging, and approachable and have incredible teaching technique!

- Moyra Millar

The friendly, welcoming and supportive approach made the whole course much more enjoyable, interesting and fun.

Fiona’s belief and attitude was a great reminder of the importance of delivering safe classes to the public of all fitness levels, shapes & sizes.

- Petra Durnan

During the course I started my own practice classes and within weeks I began to receive very positive feedback from the class participants on how they now noticed their core was engaging and improvements in their posture.

A year down the line I am now a fully qualified Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor and Pre and Post Natal as well.  So many doors have opened for me. I have four classes a week and the participants are loving it. All of the benefits from the classes now carry on to their daily life.
